These are the terms on which TSQ Building Services Ltd provides services to you.
Please read them carefully before booking or accepting any quote.

1. Definitions
“We”, “us”, “our”: TSQ Building Services Ltd (Company No. 12345678)
“You”, “your”: the customer/client
“Services”: plumbing, electrical, boiler/gas, carpentry, roofing, painting,
door fitting, cleaning, furniture assembly, house moving, etc.
2. Quotations & Booking
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- All quotes are estimates based on information provided; final price may vary if
additional work or unforeseen issues arise.
- A deposit (usually 25–50%) may be required for materials or larger jobs.
- Bookings are confirmed upon deposit payment and acceptance of these Terms.
3. Price & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept bank transfer, cash, or major debit/credit cards (surcharges may apply for
cards).
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- More than 48 hours’ notice: no charge
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 25% charge
- Less than 24 hours or non-attendance: 50–100% charge (depending on job)
- Materials already purchased are non-refundable.
5. Warranty
- Workmanship: 12 months (unless otherwise stated)
- Materials: manufacturer warranty (e.g., boilers 5–10 years)
- Warranty void if third-party interference, misuse, or failure to follow advice occurs.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing defects
- Consequential loss (e.g., loss of profit, business interruption)
- Delays due to weather, access issues, or events beyond our control
7. Client Obligations
- Provide safe access and accurate information
- Inform us of hazards (pets, asbestos, etc.)
- Approve variations/additional costs in writing
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
